Why would you want a photographer at your birth?
As a mom, you have endured 9 months of pregnancy and you are about to embark on one of life’s most special moments. The moments shared on the day of the birth of your child can sometimes seem like a blur. Having a photographer at your birth can forever solidify those memories and give you a way to look back on that once in a lifetime experience. What would it look like to have the memories of that moment immortalized in photographs? My goal is to capture those moments of joy and struggle, peace and pain, and most importantly to capture the miracle that is child birth.

What can I expect?
We start with an initial consultation to discuss your birth plan and vision for photos. We go over the contract, birth history, and how to communicate with me properly for the weeks and days before your labor, as well as how and when to contact me once your labor starts. I stay for the whole birthing process, plus 1-2 hours after birth. This allows enough time to capture motherhood, nursing and sibling/family meeting the new baby.

A complimentary maternity shoot ~ An initial consultation ~ At 37 weeks I go on call 24/7 ~ Coverage begins when in active labor and ends 1-2 hours after birth ~ Receive a minimum of 75 Finished images ~ Print release form ~ Add a "Fresh 48 Session" for an additional charge

I am beyond excited to capture each and every birth, I may need to turn down vacations and other commitments to attend your birth. Once you reach 37 weeks, I am on call 24/7 until your beautiful baby makes their arrival. Coverage begins at active labor and continues 1-2 hours after birth. You will receive a minimum of 75 finished digital images of the incredible process of birth, meeting your brand new baby for the first time and the special moments after that. Upon signing the contract you also receive a print release form which gives you the freedom to print, copy, or e-mail images for your personal use. You can add a "Fresh 48 Session" (Newborn photos 48 hours after birth) for an additional fee.
